Since joining Techsurance in November 2024, my learning journey has been truly enriching. I have gained stronger insurance knowledge, improved confidence, and better communication through speech sessions. Starting in the CPT process helped me learn the basics and build a foundation for higher responsibilities. Today, in the Medical Hindsighting team, I am proud of my performance, including earning the Rising Star Award, and I continue to grow every day.
