I joined Techsurance as a fresher with no prior experience, and the last two years have shaped my growth significantly. As a part of the Hindsighting team, I learnt how to run quality checks and built strong underwriting confidence. The fears I started with have become strengths through continuous learning and exposure. The workplace is supportive and positive, and I am grateful for the guidance and opportunities I received.
